Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Kenya is a rescue center for chimpanzees from all around Africa. It was party founded by Jane Goodall, who has spent her life looking out for the welfare of these animals.
The Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary has gained fame since its foundation in 1993, an initiative of Jane Goodall amongst others, who has spent her life looking out for the welfare of these primates.
When you visit this conservancy, you can learn about the different challenges many animals face in the wild, such as poachers, deforestation and diseases. Your entry fee helps the conservancy look after animals, so it’s always worth a visit.
Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary is part of the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, which looks after all kinds of animals that need care.
