Webcam: Live Volcano Eruption in Iceland

A volcanic eruption is frightening and beautiful at the same time. It can be life-threatening but also shows the beauty of Mother Nature. A few days ago, the volcano Fagradalsfjall erupted again in Iceland. The volcano is located in the southwest of Iceland near the village of Grindavik. Over the past few weeks, there have already been thousands of small earthquakes that announced the eruption. 

An Icelandic seismic research institute quickly installed a webcam to capture the eruption. It shows epic images of flowing lava in an almost unearthly landscape. See for yourself.
