The Republic of Guinea, or just Guinea for short, is formerly known as French Guinea. This country has one of the lowest number of tourists in the world.

It became an independent nation is 1958. Traveling around here can be a real adventure, partly due to the poor road quality and chaotic traffic.

The Republic of Guinea located in West Africa on the Atlantic Ocean, between the nations of Guinea-Bissau and Sierra Leone. The capital is Conakry.

Haut Niger National Park

The most popular national park is the Haut Niger National Park in the centre of the country. You can see chimpanzees here. The Chimpanzee Conservation Center is located here, where they care for these primates.
