Belarus

Belarus is certainly not overrun with tourists yet. The country offers a diversity of sights, in addition to the capital. 

It is one of the lesser known countries of the former Soviet Union. Where you can still easily explore yourself. For example to visit the famous Castle Nesvizh. Or just go into nature.

Belarus borders Russia to the northeast, Poland to the west and Lithuania, Latvia to the northwest and Ukraine to the south. The country's capital is Minsk.
