The Pyramid of the Sun is one of the most important structures in Teotihuacán. This immense pyramid in Mexico is also one of the largest pyramids in the world.
The Teotihuacanos built this pyramid as the birthplace of the world. The pyramid has 244 steps, and it’s believed there was a temple on top of it, but there are no more actual traces of this left.
