Local name: Nationalpark Eifel

The Eifel is a nature reserve shaped a bit like a triangle between Nideggen in the north, Gemünd in the south and the Belgian border to the west. It’s only been a national park since 2004, but it’s been loved by walkers, cyclists and nature lovers for centuries. You can take a free walk with a ranger here, no bookings required.
